Practical Mysticism
 In choosing to study Practical Mysticism, you have embarked
upon a rich, expansive transformational experience. As we all know, mysticism is the heart of Religious Science, just as it
is at the center and core of all spiritual traditions. Ours is a mystical teaching, for our basic belief is in the fundamental
oneness of all life. God is the only life there is—the all-ness, the is-ness, the eternal, the changeless being-ness
that is the essence of all creation and the very substance of all form. As Ernest Holmes says, in a moment of mystical wonderment:
“One! One! One!” This is the fundamental truth perceived by all mystics. As you embark upon this mystical journey, be aware that the main purpose of this course is to evoke
the inner mystic that indwells you. This is something that cannot be taught, intellectualized or forced. Awakening the inner
mystic is invitational in that the Divine Self comes forth as we prepare ourselves and invite it to do so. Howard Thurman
says, “It takes time to walk with God.” It takes time to cultivate the mystic consciousness. In this course, we
plant seeds and wait upon the activity of Grace to bring those seeds to fruition. - What: Practical Mysticism with Rev. Suzette
